Private yoga lessons
Instruction is tailored to individual abilities and incorporates stress-relief, meditation and breathing techniques with physical postures.
Class length varies from 45-90 minutes depending on student preference and ability level.
Sessions can take place at your home or at mine.
Together, we design fun movement sequences, great for beginners through advanced yogis / yoginis.

Specialty Class Options
Family Yoga
Practice stretching, balancing and endurance poses all together as a family. This is a great experience for all. Chairs are available for seated yoga as an alternative to standing. All poses are modified to fit the needs of participants. It feels good to focus on what we have in common, human nature, mind, heart, breath. Kids are involved through encouragement and support . Together we work on honing concentration, focusing attention and gaining self-confidence. Groups can be 2 to 5 people but more is possible.
Fun for birthday parties and other family celebrations!
Yoga for Seniors
A gentle yet invigorating session of yoga poses modified for a seated posture. We use relaxation, calm breathing, and positive visualizations to promote good health and well-being.
Yoga for Baby Boomers
Special care is taken during this class to protect the joints and keep the back healthy while increasing the heart rate to provide the optimal health benefit. This is a real treat for anyone suffering from arthritis or other physical limitation.
Kids Yoga
An hour-long exploration of the breath and the body for the young and curious. Kids love to do yoga. The poses have animal names and we get to make funny noises. Breathing exercises are introduced to aid in concentration, anxiety-relief, and to alleviate fatigue.
Prenatal Yoga
Aiding the pregnant practitioner in using the breath for relaxation and body awareness. Special attention is given to identifying and strengthening the muscles used during labor and delivery.
Yoga with Baby
A mellow session of breathing, humming, stretching and laughing. In a life that’s undergoing such incredible changes it helps to take the time to center and experience the serenity of the present moment. Babies are natural yogis.
Baby Sign Language
Babies are natural communicators. And with Baby Sign Language we give them the tools to share their perceptions of the world with us. I'm so pleased to offer private and group Baby Sign Language classes.

Yoga is so much fun when done to reggae and blues music. Classical music can enhance a session as well as Indian spiritual music. Almost any music can be used - so if that’s something you’re interested in - just let me know.
